@Youdon’tsay I have my doubts. I read an article about the winner of an earlier Powerball who is doing wonderful things for the arts and he had very good advice about keeping a low profile and the number of scams and requests that result from having your name out there.
Listening to their local, small town lawyer will likely be proven to be a mistake. I didn’t see them on the Today show or on 20/20 but if the lawyer was there with them, that is just ridiculous. And with the actual ticket?! Good grief.
I read that the TN couple rcvd a “small” check for several million already and wil receive the much larger check in 10 days. Hoping that gives them time to line up appropriate advisors.
