What are the procedures for getting enrollment in the pre- med program at the Ivy league universities? What are the SAT scores required? What are the things that can increase my chances of selection for the scholarship?

There’s no pre-med program, you just take courses required by med schools as prerequisites. Same SAT as is required to get in, so probably 2100-2200+. No clue, as I don’t know which scholarship you’re referring to.

Ivies only offer need based aids, not merit. When it comes to international students, not all Ivies offer FA to students. If you have higher stats, your chance of getting FA is higher, but we don’t know what’s the threshhold.

If you want to go medical school, it is not that important where you go for undergraduate, what’s important is your GPA and MCAT score. You should look for schools which give most aid.
