Even if you go with a “name brand” chain, the service will be delivered by an individual.
You want someone who will
a) have good rapport with the teen applying to college
b) be on the same page as the family with regards to goals (cheapest school? best school? Harvard or bust?) and ethics (hopefully, not someone who is going to write the essay for you, for example)
