@eyesight2020 @hrim1014 i also heard that pton and top schools don’t like receiving resumes because they don’t want to have to read more since they already have a lot to read. So, I didn’t submit a resume however in many cases a resume is beneficial if it shows something important that doesn’t appear anywhere else on your application.

Oh my goodness, so I just received an acceptance letter from a private university I applied rolling to. But since I submitted it before the early action deadline, in the acceptance letter it says that I got accepted via early action… Will this be an issue…?
Do you guys think I would be at a disadvantage if I applied early action using the common app (and paid the fee) and not QuestBridge? This question also falls into regular action/decision applications. I do belong to a very poor and disadvantaged family and I did and will mention it in my application in the “extenuating circumstances” of the common app. Will they view both applications in the same way, especially taking into account that I’m a US citizen living in canada?
@52balletvieta When you applied to that private university, was there anything you specifically checked off to be considered under early action? I know I applied to a public university early action and I was forced to check of a box in my common app indicating that I intend to be considered under early action. If you didn’t give any indication that you would like to be considered under early action, then I would call the admissions office immediately stating that you applied thinking you would be considered under regular decision. Hopefully they can help you out from there. I would just do it ASAP because if Princeton happens to find out that you are violating their code, your application can be thrown out (even if you claim it was accidental!)

Soo, I haven’t written anything on this thread and simply read through it all, but right now, with decisions coming up I simply just had to let all you guys know that you all seem like amazing people and if Pton rejects you - it’s their loss. I for one would have LOVED it if all of us ended up in the same class at Princeton
However, as I’m an international applicant and know that last year not a single applicant from Scandinavia was admitted, I’m honestly just hoping for a deferral.
Sounds like they are due for a Scandinavian then! 
@SmartAlec - yes, re chickens making me hungry, and in fact when I first asked, “how do you make a chicken” I had to edit it because of course I know how to cook a chicken.

yale results come out today. if i’m this nervous for other people’s results, i’m gonna be such a wreck tomorrow lol ~:>
Did anyone ever get an email if something was missing from their application, or is the checklist the only way to determine if something did not make it in? The current status says you would have received an email if it was complete, but my son did not receive one. (talking application, not FA). I saw someone post earlier that they were notified that a LoR was missing, but I think our school sends in everything together. App and test scores should be in. Could it still be incomplete? Worried about no notification of completion. He got his completion email within hours from GaTech.
Before the date of decisions was announced, I felt fine. Now everyday has just been an anxiety fest! 
On another note, if things don’t turn out well for me I’ll have the Force Awakens to cheer me up a few hours after results are released. In that sense I can’t wait for Thursday and yet I wish it’ll never come hahahah ~:> ~:>
