In the “old days”, we received notification by regular mail. You knew the answer based on whether you got the thin or the thick envelope.

Yes. There is no tell. You log on to the portal. At 7 pm it should say you have a status update or something.
You have to click on the link. Based on past years you will know instantly if you’re in because there will be a big tiger face. If it’s just writing, then you have to read to see whether deferred or not.
I know it’s stressful. Although I’m not necessarily a fan of the college reaction videos people post on YouTube, it can be helpful for some people to watch some of those to see how it works, especially the ones where it’s not all good news on early decision but things tend to work out in the end one way or another.
Did anyone receive Princeton email notifying the decision release date on last Friday or everyone received it on Monday? Just curious

Feeling nervous. If I get in: Celebrate for an hour, take a shower, read acceptance letter and go to sleep (Final exam starts at 7:30 on Friday morning)
