^^yeah. i picked the one that looked like a 130. there was like a 45, 90, a 130, and a 175 right?

Really? I said becomes meaningless as well. It seemed to me like the other one I narrowed it down too (I forgot which one) was a bit too literal, though it metaphorically made sense.

^I also put becomes meaningless. I feel pretty confident about it.

For the triangle one, it was D.

If you drew a vertical line (making a right angle) the other line would become a bisector for two 45 angles.

^^idr what i put now. but it seems that meaningless is too harsh of a term.

collapse - lose significance, effectiveness, or value; “The school system is collapsing”; “The stock market collapsed” A stock market can never be 0

^the word doesn’t have to do with the dictionary definition…its reading comprehension

^it actually does because the two choices that were plausible had to do with intensity of the word.

^ Was the other option you had in mind something like “fold up”? If we knew what the other option was we could probably reach a conclusion.

all the other choices would not have worked in context

Does anyone remember the other possible answers for the “oracular” SC? I remember crossing out ‘factitious’, but I need to confirm that I didn’t select something else.

In the grammar sticklers passage reading: one of the questions was something like “how would the author of passage 2 regard the ‘people’ referred to in line x?”. I want to know if I got this one right…are “the people” the grammar sticklers or the people who use grammar incorrectly?

Thanks much!

For your first question, effable and circumspect are two of the possible answers.

For the question that said what can you infer from lines a-b on the short reading passage about chinese and english, was the answer the guy improvised freely with his english?

^That’s what I put. Did anyone else put that?

I think youre talking about the problem that asks what would the group in passage 1 think about the reaction of the author of passage two?

I have a couple questions about the reading, hopefully they can be illuminated.
Point of listing those people: variety of proponents?
Evidence to refute the author’s statement: Work of Africans gone unnoticed?

^ those are the same answers I put

was the answer to the area of the triangle on the math section 1/2ab?

I got ab for the triangle problem.
Does anybody know what the question/ answer choices were for the “farming… birthplace” sentence completion was?

It was just ab.

how was it just ab?

^ area of a triangle is one-half base times height.
1/2(2b)(a)
= ab
