1440, 217 index, from Alabama. Do you think I’ll get it?!
@suzyQ7 you may be right about only previous test takers having received scores. I have not checked Ds score, but we r in same boat.
Anyone have to use access code yet?
http://blog.prepscholar.com/national-merit-semifinalist - predicted cutoffs
@617Scholar im almost positive it will go down, since its our of 228 this year instead of 240. Yeah sure everyone posting here did very well but thats a really small sample size and the people checking college confidential would probably score higher to begin with.
@2muchquan did not receive a code. Unbelievable. Still no scores!
@delilahxc That’s good to hear. Florida is in the middle of the pack, and I really think that’ll be enough.
@suzyQ7 I don’t have scores for either of my two sons that took the test and I’m pretty ticked, as a homeschool parent I was not given the same advance information that public school where given and now not to having the score as promise (again) for two kids? I’m in central time so I’ll wait until 8:00 my time and start calling the CB, this is ridiculous!
No scores yet for me (sophomore). When do they come out for sophomores? I’ve been waiting anxiously for 1/2 hour!
Do the score reports have the total selection index because I have no idea how to calculate it
Do we really believe prepscholar though? Cause almost everyone here would make it by those standards.
That huge table at Prepscholar is simply subtracting 12 from the previous cutoff values. I wouldn’t trust that. You can probably get a better idea if you work with the concordance tables, but even that makes some assumptions.
@3scoutsmom your kids took it before though, right?
Do u have your home address in the student profile? That was not there before and now.is. I just filled it in, but sill no scores.
@am7311 once you get to the page with your scores, there is a tab across the top that allows you to view the SI.
Is a 214 Score Index good enough to qualify for Texas?
@frazzledazzle my sophomore daughter’s scores were posted before 8:00 EST. Some people here are saying if you didn’t take it last year, you need your code to view your scores. I’m not sure - she did take it last year as well.
99 percentile for my total score, but I don’t think it’s enough for my state. Why do they separate it by state?
Anyone have the link to the concordance tables?
Same here-east coast, before 8am. D2 didnt take it last year but she took a subject test and has a CB account. Her scores are up.
I don’t think any of us really knows for sure what will be good enough. It seems like the best bet is to use the concordance table to covert to last years but even that is still supposition. For all the gnashing of teeth waiting for the scores, now we get to wait until September to know for sure unless something else is released in the interim.
