**PSAT Discussion Thread 2015**

Son took it last year and the year before but no scores:(

@suzyQ7 One took it before and I can see his old score but not the new score, the other hasn’t taken it before and on his account I get a message saying that he has taken tests. They both have a complete profile filed out including home address but the school are listed differently one says HOME-SCHOOL-TEXAS and the other HOME SCHOOL CLEARING HOUSE.

I took it last year as a freshman, but my scores still haven’t been updated.

@dsi411 How many did you miss on each section? And what were your index scores? Trying to figure out a curve, thanks!

Scored 1460! Do you think that’s good enough for NMS in Arizona?

@dsi411 They are on page 95

My child is not home schooled and has taken several college board tests and tons of AP tests but no score either. All I am seeing is the 2014 PSAT score. Not sure what’s going on. We are on the east coast.

@ambitionsquared
I missed 2 in reading and got a 37, I missed 4 in writing and got a 34, and I missed 2 in math and got a 37.5.

For those of you who freaking out who didn’t get scores yet, my sophomore daughter didn’t find her scores at around 8:20 am. She said she didn’t have an access code. Maybe she wasn’t looking in the right place-- she had just created her college board account and only had a minute to look for it, or maybe she needs the code, or maybe the college board hasn’t finished uploading all the scores yet. Relax, I’m sure they will get them up soon. Then you can spend another year wondering if it’s good enough.

Here are the concordance tables again.

I didn’t receive an access code, but I found my scores on the student scores link posted a few pages earlier. I’m also in central time.

Scored a 1490 with an SI of 222 in IL.

Son did take PSAT last year so not sure if that is why he got score. He had to follow link that is on previous thread.
https://studentscores.collegeboard.org
His score is not showing up on the college board website–just through that link. Try it for those who cannot see scores yet.

Maybe they load east coast last!

@mathyone  You are so right. I don’t even know if I want to know the score now, seeing all the high scores and knowing that the kiddo didn’t do that well.

How do I calculate the index thing?

My 11th Grader got a 1510 (236) Missed one each in writing and reading, none in math. We are in TX, so should be OK

My D scores are not showing in QuickStart and we did not get an email with the access code yet. We did get an email from Duke TIP this morning. She created this account new for the PSAT and the only other email she recieved on this account was the 12/17 email from the CB.

So the CB has sold her info, and her test scores it appears, to DUKE TIP before they sent the scores to her.

Ok, so according to the concordance tables, 211 (the score for Florida last year) would be a 1430. I kind of feel like it’ll be higher though

Did they provide percentiles, if so provide because it seems everyone did amazing

33 reading (-10), 38 writing (-0), 37.5 math (-3), 217 index. Do you guys think this will be enough for California? The cutoff was 223 last year and around 220 in the years before that.
