<p>Yes, it is always the 96.0 percentile (top 4%, not 96%). However, your percentiles on your score report are rounded; it could be 95.8 or a 96.2 before rounding. I would say a 201 would be safe for commended, but it isn’t guaranteed unless you know your exact (or more precise) percentile.</p>
<p>I was commended with a 201 last year. If you took the last year’s PSAT and thought it was easier than this year’s, then I would safely say you’re commended :)</p>

<p>Yea, I don’t get mine till after break. But based on speculation and my letter from Telluride, I’m anticipating 227-231. Keeping my fingers crossed! BTW, I’m in NV, so I could get a 208 and still make semi-finals haha.</p>

<p>You can always Google “Telluride summer program” or something and find the application there. Just make sure you pick the right program (TASS for 2013, TASP for 2012).</p>

<p>The cutoff scores change every year. Just pray for a -1 or -2 change in NJ’s cutoff.</p>
