<p>Should my junior D spend time studying for the PSAT if she does not think her score will be high enough to become a NMF? Is there any other value here, or would she just be better served to study for the SAT that she will be taking in the Spring? I appreciate any insight you might have on this.</p>
<p>As an FYI, last year as a Soph she scored in the mid-180s with no preparation, but a 20-30 point jump just may not be very realistic even with studying.</p>
