Anyone get financial aid package yet?

Nothing ar all and their Facebook and Twitter posts said it would be out this week.

hi everyone, not sure where you’re getting the financial aid this week thing but I talked to someone in the financial aid office today in person and she showed me the screen as she pulled up on the calendar the scheduled meeting to discuss financial aid and it’s NEXT WEEK. she said it should be out towards the end of next week. hope this helps!

Hey! Does anyone know something about the campus events scheduled through march and april? Do we have to accept the offer to be eligible to register for it? (29 april general event)

Please help me

@yahtzeect The facebook and twitter pages for the office of student aid had the posts saying the aid would be out this week.

Did you guys get an email when your admission decision was released on the portal?

No there was no mail. You should go and check on the portal.

sorry

Any word when financial aid awards will be sent? I got a scholarship letter today, so I am not sure if awards are coming out soon. Also, does anyone know if it will be sent via the portal first or via email?

pros and cons between penn state and michigan state for bio? i really can’t decide between the two schools

It’s been two months and I still haven’t received a decision, I’m starting to get worried :frowning:

P.S I applied before they switched to rolling admission.

Check portals
My D got her total FA award info today

@Cimbom when did you apply? PSU is always a modified rolling admission so I’m not sure what you mean.

Yes, FA award is in! A very small amount of scholarships & grants are offered to S ($8,200/year). OOS.

@sunbeams : wow, they must really want your son… Any financial aid for oos applicants is exceedingly rare at psu. Congrats
And yes I do realize it may not make the school affordable but just know it’s a rare honor for them, even if it’s small.
