There isn’t a single format for all (and there are differences per major as well), but here’s some of the do’s/don’ts we received talking to folks in Admissions and from various online forums. Submit updated grades, complete your LOCI expressing your current level of interest in Purdue, noting any new developments in either your academic, scholastic or extracurriculars after you submitted your original application, ie - my DS received a coach’s award for a fall sport, notified he was an “AP Scholar with Distinction”, and had some additional volunteer opportunities.

Unfortunately, his Fall Semester grades won’t be finalized until 2/9. Folks recommended to get the LOCI in first, and make a note that updated grades would be submitted around 2/9.
