Purdue OOS is less expensive than some in state options. not having baked in increases annually makes a difference, too. Worth an application with those stats as long as interest is strong and conveyed in the application.

Since being EA deferred for CS (AI is DS 2nd choice), I havenât been closely paying attention, but I donât think Iâve seen students being accepted/offered to their 2nd choice major in these latest waves. Seems like I saw that more during the EA acceptances. Has anyone whoâs been paying better attention seen this as well, or have there also been a number of 2nd choice offers the last few weeks that I missed? Of course, itâs possible that posters have not been mentioningâŠ
I have been paying attention but donât remember anyone mentioning they got in their 2nd choice yet. And only one acceptance to 2nd campus choice (Indianapolis campus) seen so far.
A question, I have applied for FYE RA, and got deferred. I still have not received any decision so far. But i have heard that Purdue has released decision for many FYE applicant 3-4 days before. Does that mean I have been rejected?
I am OOS applicant 1350 SAT, 4.0 UW GPA, Pretty good ECâs

Also a similar question, I applied for Daniels for EA and got deferred. I havenât heard back on any decision yet. Purdue has given back admission for deferred ea students and most have been acceptances(I think, correct me if I am wrong). I am assuming this means I have been rejected or waitlisted. I got into Rutgers Business School off waitlist and am content with that, but purdue is still my #1. Is there even a chance I can still get accepted now. I havenât heard of any business defer to acceptance so far.

People have commented that acceptances in prior years were given out on the last round as well, so thereâs hope that more acceptances may still come out. There has also been speculation that not all colleges/majors have announced decisions yet. At this point youâll find out tomorrow (hopefully) like the rest of usâŠ

Which in-state public college options are more expensive than Purdue OOS? Just out of curiosity. Something must be broken in those colleges or states.
I remember seeing UVA and W&M in Virginia (especially for engineering) in state was more than Purdue OOS - when adding room and food
Instate UC school cost is very close to Purdue OOS. California is the definition of broken

until last Friday Purdue has made 10120 admission offers to FYE WL. Not sure how many more they will take.

In EA if you had change major and change location under change options it was a good sign. Might have changed w rd but idk
