I would guess difficult. They had housing issues this past year due to an increase of upper class a remaining on campus. Never hurts to check.
The Indianapolis campus structure is new this year. The website says: "We are developing a process to manage change of major and/or change of location that will depend on space availability. " Purdue University in Indianapolis FAQ

We were honestly hoping for the trustee scholarship, but i read somewhere that it will be harder to get them for popular majors. So we are happy with what we got. He also applied to GT so we’ll see come end Jan.

I’m pretty sure it’s a Purdue degree no matter what campus. I don’t think there is any distiction as to which one.

Purdue Northwest has the “Northwest” on their diplomas. I don’t believe that’s the case for Indy.
