I think this might just be me coping, but I have a friend with “worse” stats who also applied to Purdue EA have NO THIN BAR. We are both FYE. Either I was rejected which is unlikely assuming he got in or it doesn’t mean anything, or it means something we don’t understand
its just the tan bar Sealbrown sent
thin bar = tan bar that says application status: complete
no thin bar= no tan bar, nothing above the gray box
it probably means nothing, but the mind races.
I also have a friend with “worse” stats than me apply same major but HAS thin bar.
this is all too confusing lmao
so is it good to have the thin bar or not?
bar means nothing from all we know
we are not sure right now, trying to figure out
What is the thin bar supposed to say after the decisions are released?

Does anyone think Im cooked?
Dude, as we said, no one knows what that means. You may be rejected or accepted, but no one can tell.
Yes, the honors decisions are made by a team in the honors college.
i see. So it makes sense that students have to be accepted first to proceed with honors college selections
Anyone mind chancing me?
We can definitely let you know tomorrow?
You are certainly competitive but it’s more difficult from out of state or internationally. You’ll know tomorrow!
Good luck to everyone waiting on EA.
Thank you for the input. I hope you are right.
