question about lifting

Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?
No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds? Thanks.

I can’t comprehend your post, your lack of sentence structure annoys me.
‘’ 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds’'<— No idea.

perhaps he’s wondering if the bar (or w/e) weighs 10 pounds.

W T F Does this mean?!?!?!?!

In addition to what has already been said, this place probably is not the best place to get weight lifting tips from.

'tis a shame that we aren’t able to comprehend his sentence – we are in fact CCers.

is he saying that a woman lifting 20 pounds is equivalent to a man lifting 30 pounds? i dont know, that’s the only situation i can think of.

come on are you really trying to ask if a weight set magically increases according to the gender of the person using the weight set? a guy benching 225 is the same thing as a girl benching 225 if that answers your question

he needs to learn to write better and also not ask weight lifting questoins on CC.

i agree that this is not the best place to ask but i do know extensive knowledge about bodybuilding so ask away.

hahaha… this is definitely not the best site…

When a woman lifts 20lbs she is lifting 20lbs and when a man is lifting 20lbs he is lifting 20lbs.

If you’re asking if its harder for a woman to lift the same weight as a man than i will say yes because woman are generally smaller so obviously they aren’t able to lift as much weight.

If not, i don’t understand your question

U have 20 LBS, u lift 30 LBS, but if ur not GUY, u want HALF, with no home plate, so u get 10. but, BUT, u want no GUY since ur lifting, so its 30 LBSS or 10?

Is it just me who’s not getting what he’s saying? Here’s my best translation:

You lift twenty pounds [for practice], but you can lift thirty [as your max weight]. But if you don’t have a spotter (“no guy”???), you should lift half of that. Is it half of twenty pounds or thirty pounds?

Am I somewhat on the right track?

ohmaigawds eye undurstahnd him.teh 30 paun wait is nawt lihke da twentee.

yea i dont think restating ur question helped cuz u still r bad at writing english. still makes no sense at all.

According to some of his other posts, Sibelius can actually speak English, though you wouldn’t know it by reading his posts in this thread.
