So while filling out my application and resum

Heres my $.02

If you are filling out an application, you may have to list the same thing more than once. But be sure that you explain why you are doing it. So, if there are separate sections for “acting” “music” and “dance” you may well need to list a role in all three sections–but in the “music” section mention what solos the role had, in the “dance” section mention the dancing, etc.

However, when you are writing your own resume, you get to pick your own format and organization. Or pretty much just make up your own format. You probably shouldn’t have separate sections for “acting” “music” and “dance” in your case. One section should list ALL the shows you have been in, probably another section would have the training you have had, and maybe a third for additional relevant experience. Despite what anyone may have told you, there simply is no one “correct” format for a resume. So invent a format that fits the information you need to put in your resume.
