I’m an international student in Korea and I have a question about the TOEFL Score Report. I was trying to send my scores from ETS to a university and found out that my registered toefl account name is different from my legal name on the application. My legal name is, Do Hyun Chung, with the capital letters but I’m registered as do hyun Chung, without the capital letters. Would this difference affect the process? Would universities be unable to match my scores with my application? And if yes, how can I solve this problem?

I don’t think it’s a big problem. Anyway, you could call the testing agency to change your name to what you want it to be reflected as. Another option would be to email the admissions office (citing name, application ID, etc.) to tell them to look out for scores registered under the name without capital letters.

thanx! .
