What’s the difference between a private and a parochial high school? My HS has a specific religious affiliation (Roman Catholic)… Which also charges a high tuition, and you must be accepted to the school… So does that make it private or parochial?</p>
<p>And two…
I’m planning on applying to Brown ED next year. Only about 8-10% of their accepted students come from parochial schools. If I’m the only student from my school who applies to Brown ED next year, will the fact that I’m from a parochial school help me more of hurt me more?</p>
