<p>no that is not what randomly means canuck. They can read applicants randomly but then sort them by school or whatever later on and refer back to them if needed.</p>
<p>I have described the process in detail a few times on this board and my Canadian friend is correct.</p>
<p>Do a little searching of the board and my blog and you’ll find the info.</p>
