<p>i am an intl’ student so i wanna apply for the IRC, and that requires an additional app which is quite insane, but the oddest thing is, the deadline for the app is oct,2004, so wt can i do now?? Pls tell me if u know!!!</p>
<p>the october 2004 deadline was for current students applying to IRC. It doesn’t apply to incoming first years, but I’m not sure of the deadline for them.</p>
