CLasses so far: I have taken all honors or AP ( I will have 8 or 9 AP by the end of Senior year)
4 yrs of spanish (already took AP Spanish this year)
3 yrs of band
4 yrs of math ( taking AP stat next year)
3 yrs of English (taking AP lit next year)
2 yrs of science (taking AP physics next year)
2 years of history ( taking AP gov/econ next year)</p>

<p>got accepted into Tomorrow’s Leaders Today during my Junior year, a year long community leadership course</p>

<p>Varsity team captain of badminton team (played all three years)</p>

<p>JV wrestling ( tried for 1st time during Junior year) </p>

<p>have 300 hours of work experience at a karate studio/daycare.</p>

<p>Ok honestly, stop bumping, if know one is giving you a response, they have a reason. And for most people, the reason is that we don’t have an answer. We aren’t the admissions so we don’t know if you are going to get in or not. Plus this is Stanford you are looking at, Stanford admissions is unpredictable. Presidential scholars get rejected, valedictorians get rejected etc.</p>

<p>buddy, there are countless chances both in this forum and all across the forum boards at CC. for you to call me out for bumping is not cool at all, because all i want are people’s opinions-just like everyone else in these forums. why are you calling me out and not the thousands of other people asking to be chanced at stanford? clearly stanford is highly selective, and clearly these people are not adcoms. I dont appreciate you hassling me just because i am excited to hear some opinions.</p>

<p>Umm, your stats look great and your schedule definitely is rigorous enough. With the unique karate aspect, there’s a pretty good chance you can write some awesome essays. Being a legacy will definitely help. If Stanford really is your 1st choice, apply SCEA (but keep in mind that it’ll be a tougher applicant pool).</p>

<p>Your argument seem really flawed. Do other people bump their threads 2-3 times during one day? NO. That’s why I’m saying this to you. If you read some of the other chance threads, they don’t have numerous bumps in a row made by the OP. Your actions are different. Look at the circumstances buddy. That’s what makes your argument flawed, others are not bumping continuously and you are. I wouldn’t be calling you out if you didn’t bump constantly when your post is still on the top of the forum and everybody can see it.
Let me ask you this: do you know what bump means? It means Bring My Post UP. NOT I CAN’T WAIT ONE DAY LONGER, I HAVE TO GET ATTENTION BY BUMPING NEARLY EVERY 7-8 HOURS WHILE MY POST IS STILL AT THE TOP!!! By the way, if you go through my previous posts, I have called people out for bumping so maybe you should look through my record rather than saying I only called you out. I have told numerous people that they should stop bumping. And you should learn that when people don’t answer threads, it means that they don’t feel like answering them or they don’t have an answer. Bumping it doesn’t make it any better. It makes you look like your desperate and impatient. There is a reason why people don’t answer much chance threads, it is because chance threads are pointless and no one is the adcom here so why don’t you just apply?</p>
