<p>S and I signed up for me to have access to the bills so that I can pay them. They were supposed to be available by July 16, as we were told as recently as July 14 in person. I can login put see no statements. Any of you other parents getting data online? Was the rollout delayed? </p>
<p>I got the e-mail acknowledging me as a payer and can login. The data simply is empty.</p>
