Rate my schedule for junior year?

APUSH - the teachers for this course are amazing, but they’re a hard A

AP Bio - almost guaranteed a terrible teacher, but I’m still taking it because I actually like the subject.

AP Psychology - one of the most popular courses at my school, teachers are good. 99% AP pass rate.

Chinese 5 honors - Good teacher, but hard.

Badminton or weight training - amazing teachers.

Expository Writing - I have a 25% of getting a bad teacher… but this class is mandatory

Pre-calc - eh.

I’m still kind of worried that I’m putting too much on my plate, especially with AP Biology and APUSH together. I also don’t know if I should drop Chinese 5H, since my teacher this year didn’t prepare me… I think I went in the class knowing more than I know now, which means I need to study my ___ this summer for Chinese.

Rate my schedule from 1-10? Any advices on my classes?

i wouldn’t recommend dropping chinese if you’re planning to apply to super-selective colleges, which want to see you continuing a language at least through your junior year. if you think this will be too much, then it’s probably a good idea to drop something- APUSH and AP Bio both sounds like good classes for you despite their drawbacks; is there any way you could take one or the other senior year to make next year more manageable? also, depending on your school, another option would be to go with this schedule for now, and if it seems like too much when school starts next year, you’ll have a good idea of which class isn’t worth it. good luck in your choice! :)
