Do I need to know which amino acids are polar/nonpolar and hydrophobic/hydrophilic? If so, does anyone know any quick way to know it?
well hydrophobic is nonpolar and philic is polar, but other than that, just look at the side chain and if it’s polar the amino acid is polar if the side chain is non-polar the amino acid is non-polar.
