<p>Hey, I did the Course Transferability Verification Form for NUVHS in eighth grade for a class in 9th grade summer (8-9), but I used a little bit of white out and changed the school from my current middle school at the time to the high school I was going to go to, but I still had the signature from my middle school counselor, will this be counted as fraud and be used against me?? Will anybody besides NUVHS be able to see this Course Transferability Verification Form?</p>
