I took the LSAT in December 2004 and didn’t do very well. I went to an Ivy, majored in history, and had a good GPA. I decided to apply to St. Thomas-Miami last year kind of late in the application cycle. I was waitlisted, then accepted, but I wasn’t able to attend this past fall. I’ve put in another application but I’m wondering, does the fact that I was accepted but didn’t attend hurt or help my chances of getting accepted again?

I am keen on St. Thomas…
