Recommendation Letter from Professors

I am a Brazilian student looking forward to transfer to US Colleges and Universities. I transferred to another Brazilian University last semester. Now, when I am transferring to US universities, do I need to submit recommendation letter from my new university too or I can just submit from my old university ONLY?

I think you may use two recommendation letters. It might increase your chance of getting accepted.
