<p>No we do not. There’s been no official statement on this, and for the life of me I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t publicize it if it were true. What may be true is that a Regents’ scholar typically may have more units than other students through taking APs, or a higher course load in previous semesters and so on and would get higher standing as a result.</p>
<p>I believe its the kids in the honors program that get priority registration.</p>

<p>Regents’ scholars at Cal do not get priority registration. Regents’ scholars at all other UC campuses (to the best of my knowledge) do.</p>
