<p>Does one have to have filed a CSS profile, or FAFSA to be considered for Regents Scholarship. We did not fill out need based forms as this would have not helped us in any way.</p>
<p>No need to fill our FAFSA/CSS. Everyone who applies is automatically considered for Regents as it is a merit scholarship.</p>
