Is it even possible to register with two schools if you cannot decide by May 1st?

we did register for 2. Don’t know the actual ramifications except you lose your deposit $$

It’s my understanding that you can only register to one school. Think about it – you are committing to that school that you intend to attend. Don’t you think it’s unfair to others who are desperately hoping to get off the waitlist to register at a school you have no intention of attending? You can only attend one school. What are you trying to gain? Don’t you realize you are doing it at the expense of others? Be mature and make a timely decision and commit to one school!

This is looked down upon because you are taking a spot away from someone on the waitlist who may desperately want to attend.

I wouldn’t.

We didn’t actually set out to do that, or plan that, we thought our child was going to go to one school, then after we sent in $, changed his mind and is thinking of second school. We will let the one not chosen know before May 1 to allow for waitlisted folks.
