Hi
I finished my second semester at ASU and I earned 2 C’s in General Biology 187 and Precalculus. I am obviously unhappy about these grades. Especially since I am looking to go to medical school.
I really want and need to retake these courses to receive a higher grade, however I looked online and the policy for ASU is that you can only retake a ‘D’ or ‘E’. And since I earned a ‘C’ it seems that I will not be able to retake it. Do you think there is anyway in which I will be able to retake these courses. Will they ever make an exception like that? Another thing worth mentioning is that I had a health problem during that semester and was suffering from an illness, however it did not cause me to miss many classes. Do you think that that fact will help me any when trying bend the rules and retake those courses.
