Select any part of the person’s quote that you want to appear in the quote (the grayed area) and cut and paste it between the bracketed commands which do the formatting.
It should look just like the middle portion of my post #23 above, but you need to leave out or remove the leading in front of the ‘q’ in ‘quote’ to have the formatting recognized and go active.
