<p>I’m an out of state junior (2011) from AL and I am going to apply to UVA. Based on my resume I think I would have a shot at being considered for the Jefferson Scholarship. That being said, I know that the university says that those who especially excel will be considered for the scholarship, but what actually qualifies you to be a Jefferson Scholar (test scores, GPA, ec’s, life experiences)?</p>
