Is this possible anywhere?

Why dont you go to a law firm and ask around?

^^^Thats exactly what I’m doing, and its pretty cool. I am in the exact same boat as EuNixD. Are those the things you want to study in school, because those are the exact same 2 fields that I am looking into.

Sorry for using the word exact 3 times in one post

Someone told me to email proffs which I think is a good idea but I have not found anywhere where they tell you what certain profs are reasearching/etc. any luck for anyone or anyone have suggestions (sorry for kind of taking over this thread)

Law firm? I would prefer that…

Phoenix, what did you say to the attorneys to ask for a job?

Well, AznN3rd, I am just fortunate enough that one of my mom’s clients has a husband who is a prominent attorney in my area, so I talked to him for a while and he said that he would come up with something for me. I was basically lucky enough to have direct connections.

to get ahead in life, it who you know not what you know. :(

Exactly…my father is also a financial advisor for a huge investments firm and he has direct connections to people at places like Goldman Sachs, the Hartford, etc. so at some point there’s also a good chance that I might land an internship at one of those places. I am super psyched…
