<p>Quick question, and yes I am a noob for asking it.</p>
<p>When it says to respond by Friday, does that mean that I can respond ON Friday, or no later than Thursday 11:59 pm?</p>
<p>In my vast experience of meeting deadlines at the last possible moment, ‘by Friday’ includes Friday, unless they specifically state otherwise.</p>
<p>Always try before 11pm on Thursday, you never know what can go wrong that may delay whatever your trying to respond to.</p>
