I have selected these colleges for now. Someone give me a good suggestion based on my profile. What can I do?

Since you already have LACs on your list, you may benefit from researching those with an available major in data science/analytics, such as Hamilton, Macalester and Denison. As other suggestions, Wesleyan University offers a minor in data analysis as well as an interdisciplinary quantitative analysis center, and Davidson offers a minor in data science. Although generally highly selective, these schools are not necessarily more selective than some of those on your current list. Nonetheless, some of the schools you have included above, such as Northeastern, Lehigh and CWRU, would be excellent for your interests.

Any college is the US must be considered a reach for an international student requiring significant financial aid. I would suggest applying to colleges in your home country as well.

All US schools should be considered a reach for an international student requiring near full need. There is no point of getting into a school that you cannot afford to attend. Therefore, select only schools that has a policy of meeting your full need if you’re admitted. One reference can be found here: United States Colleges & Universities that Give Financial Aid to International Students | Yale Young African Scholars

What do you hope to do with your cybersecurity degree? If you are planning to work in this country after graduation, understand that you will have no chance of getting a security clearance as an international.

No, I don’t want to do that in other country. I’ll definitely come back to my country and join my startup

Yeah. I’m applying here too.

Can you please update my list a little more according to my needs?

Note that list you posted is not a list of schools that meet full need (as calculated by each school) for all internationals. There are many schools that will meet full need for some students, e.g., the schools choose which students they want to invest their money in. It does make sense for high need internationals to apply to some of these schools as well. An example would be Centre College, which is on the list you linked, as well as Berea college, which is not on that list.

You’ll want to confirm this, but according to Wikipedia there are 7 (soon to be 8) schools that are need blind for international students AND meet full demonstrated need of international students:
Amherst
Bowdoin
Brown (starting for class of 2029)
Dartmouth
Harvard
MIT
Princeton
Yale

Good luck!
