So i have been researching careers that might interest me. Robotics sounds like a perfect fit. I just have a couple of questions:

-How much does one get paid? What are all the jobs in this field?

-What college education do i need? (For the highest paying robotics job)

-I want to do an interesting robotics job, maybe one that makes spy gadgets and such (Corny, i know)

-What is the highest paying Robotics job? (Yes, money does matter!)

-What is a doctrate or masters in robotics? I heard if i get those along with my bachelors degree i can advance more in the field?

Haha i got inspired by the movie “Real Steel” . I know a real job is nothing like that movie but still :)

I only have little information: The most common disciplines in robotics are: Robotic Engineering and a Robotic Technician. I believe you can receive a masters and a doctorate. By getting your doctorate you have opportunity for designing and researching. Computer science and physics is highly recommended if you plan on getting more money and job opportunities. Robotics has lots of options. You can do Nuclear power plant maintenance, medical, micro, agriculture, or quantum mechanical systems. I hope this helped.

Thank you very much ^. Now i just need to know the salaries and how to make the most money. Haha i know money isnt everything but i am intrested in robotics and i want money haha

they make about 27,130-75,500. But this all depends on your educational background and your degree. :)

What is the highest paying job i can get with a business major? How about a MBA? Sorry that im asking so many questions, im just trying to figure out my future

@ankurpatel360 Don’t worry your fine. I don’t think a business major will do it, unless you want to run a robotics company. Many people who peruse robotics have a degree in engineering or computer science. I found this website for you last night
go to Google and type in “Rich Hooper, PhD, PE: Robotics Engineer”. That should help you out a lot.

Thank you very much :)
