Why do my Roommates Always Keep Their Doors open really late into night while I’m sleeping until around 2-3 AM in the morning?
Ask them to close it?
They’re wanting to be social??? Or maybe they know they’ll be going in and out and don’t want to be opening/closing/slamming their doors and waking you???

I had roommates who would set their alarm 2~3am in the morning when I would go to sleep.
Tell them about it, and probably set up a compromise like ‘no opening the door when someone is sleeping.’
Living with another is always about compromise after compromise…
