Something is going on. CNN is showing a police incident with a black SUV with all its windows shot out and a dead person on the street with a “long rifle” near his body. Lots of cops and armored vehicles in the area, a residential area. Hellicopter covering it.
It’s very weird to be seeing this happen real time.
Kinda like the OJ chase.
@abasket, yeah, sure hope anyone down is actually someone involved in wrong doing vs. some unlucky guy driving a black SUV. Of course, the weapon is a clue the person might not be just going about his law abiding business.

It’s on the street, across the street from the shot up SUV. On the opposite side from the white picket fence.
It seems like they went after public health officials.
This is making me sick to my stomach.
Helicopter showed the body with what appeared to be blood pooling, but panned away due to graphic image.
I don’t have cable so I’m dependent on the networks and may be why I missed it.

I hope all the suspects are killed. Otherwise if one survives he will be on the cover of Rolling Stone and a team of lawyers will be claiming that the other guys organized this and he was under their control, like the Boston marathon bomber Tsarnayev or whatever his name is.
Don’t go after the guns. Go after all the ammo, reloading supplies, black powder. Make them controlled substances subject to licensing requirements after an extensive background check, and heavily taxed.
