<p>Does anyone know if collegeboard accepts Thomas Cook checks or Travellers Check? If not, can anyone here advice which check I must buy, what is available in Europe?

<p>You should be able to go any big bank and ask them to make a demand draft in dollars. That’s what I did (India).</p>

<p>Ok demand drafts are sort of like checks. Basically, you pay money to a bank in your city, they give you a “draft” which states to whom this money is to be paid, and then you send that draft to collegeboard. CollegeBoard then cashes it like normal checks. Thing with drafts is that they are already paid for by you, and college board can cash it in their own city (princeton or newyork or wherever) or some other city closer by in the USA.</p>
<p>Actually you shouldn’t need to worry about all this. Just tell the bank you need a dollar draft, then fill whatever form they give you (where you need to specify the amount, to whom you’re sending the money, which city the money will be drawn in etc.) and deposit the money. They’ll give you the draft and you can send it in!</p>
<p>For may, you gotta register by MARCH 25.
For june, it’s APRIL 29.</p>
