SAT in Europe ?

<p>Hey,
I was wondering when was the time I should take the SAT so I went to the Collegeboard website and I found this "<a href="College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools. It says that I should contact the ETS Europe/SAT Services but I can’t make a call right now and I’d like to know if they have a website for an online inscription (I didn’t find the “SAT” services on their website).
If anyone who already took the SAT in Europe (+ if it is in Belgium :p) could help me, it would be really great. </p>
