I’ve just started studying (after a one month hiatus).

Going for that 800 (in both Bio and Math II).

Who’s ready? How are you preparing? Any last-minute tips?

I’m reading over my Barron’s book, and I’ll probably do a practice test tomorrow and/or Friday. I haven’t learned all the material yet since I’m in a two year IB course, which is annoying. But I do know more now than June, so hopefully I’ll be able to raise my score.

Just took the first sample test from the Barron’s SAT II Bio book. Got a 750, and that’s with a few dumb mistakes thrown in. I finished in half the time. Looks like I’m set to crush the real Bio exam.

IB Bio HL is really killing it for me :).

Game plan:

1) Take second Barron’s Bio test. Aiming for 800.

2) Get hands on PR SAT II Bio book and re-take tests.

3) Take McGraw-Hill SAT II Bio and Peterson’s SAT II Bio practice tests.

4) Study for SAT II Math II (o.o).

Hey, just be aware that the curve in the Barron’s book is insane. It’s probably not going to be anything like that. You can get a 73 and still get an 800 in Barron’s (something like that). I got 780s on both the Barron’s practice tests, but that’s equivalent to a much lower score in the PR. Granted, Barron’s tests are harder…

Yea the curves are different. However, the Barron’s curve is more similar to the curve set in the official College Board Subject Test book.

Anyone willing to write answers,I almost forgot all of them. Just wanted to check and compare with others…:)

Took M wish took E
1 blank at all hope rest is correct
Blank at M

I took E, the experiments were pretty easy.

just finished taking. are we allowed to discuss test q/a?

No, western people still could be at home. They take it in 1.5 hours I think. So wait until then to start talking.

E was the easiest

when can we talk about the test? took e by the way

we can probably start in about 10 minutes, b/c that’s when western ppl have to be in the test center and they won’t access this board until after the test at that point…

just finished, took M anyone else take M?

can we discuss? i took m

everybody on the other threads started discussing over half an hour ago…

so can we discuss now?

yes spoospoo let’s go…what did you put for the question on which experiment would tell if a carrot was affected by light or not? i put dark plastic bag and clear plastic bag

took e thought i did well maybe 5 wrong max… hopefully curve is nice

@ imaBOSS i was debating whether it was that one or the one where it was like a container with no lid or something like that?
