Schedule Problem

Hi,
Im going to be a JR next year and have an important question regarding my schedule

Just to give you a little background…i am 100% Brazilian and moved here to the US in 4th grade knowing ANY ENGLISH AT ALL…and being the first in my family to attend school here in the states

with hard work and determination i have pulled off succesfull grades

English 10 honnors-A
Pre-Cauclus(Intro Analaysis)-A
Public Speaking/Health-A (semester each)
Chemistry AP-B
Japananes 2-A
Spanish 4 Hon-A
PE- Pass
4.1 sophomore GPA

next yr i was going to have this schedule
AP Calculus
AP Bio
AP Human Geo/ Int’l Relations
AP Spanish 5
Japanese 3

and
AP USH in community college during summer school…

allowing me to have a free period to continue in active my participation in water polo, wrestling, and swimming all Varsity

but today my GC introduced a new program call “Community Service- Language” it would be considered a class where for one period every day I help non English speaking students translate what their teachers are saying

so should I take this community service class which would give me 180+ hrs of community service and drop Japanese 2

not take the community service class and stay with Japanese 2

or take both and have VERY LITTLE time for hw and studing, considering i play 3 sports

In addition i really want to go to Columbia University so could you guys add which option would help me gain admission in their program

THANK YOU SO MUCH
