<p>There is a scholarship that I have already mailed out, but I noticed today that I used last year’s form. I checked with this year’s form and it’s the same, but the deadline on the form I submitted read Feb. 15, 2011. Will this disqualify me? There wasn’t an email address or phone number I could contact the organization so I couldn’t ask. </p>
<p>Has anyone had a similar problem or know anything about this?</p>
