<p>If I am a rising senior (just out of 11th grade) am I able to apply for scholarships restricted to seniors?</p>
<p>I would look at the scholarship start times and deadlines. If the deadline is in December, for example, you should be able to do it. If the deadline is tomorrow, it’s more of a gray area – then, you’d see when the start time was. If the start time was the beginning of last school year (while you were a junior) and is ending within the next month-ish, I’d assume that you are ineligible.</p>
