Scholarship opportunities?

I am an out of state student applying to the Architecture major.

GPA - 3.89
ACT - 35
NHS, National Merit Semifinalist

I am pretty sure that I can get in but I wasn’t sure how much merit-based scholarships I could get from Cal Poly. Out of state tuition is considerably higher than in-state.

There are some merit-based scholarships available from Cal Poly but don’t count on anything. Are you sure you want to pay full out of state tuition to live in California?

http://www.ess.calpoly.edu/_finaid/types_aid/scholarships.htm

http://www.ess.calpoly.edu/_finaid/pdf/2008/scholarship07.pdf

Yes, I visited Cal Poly and liked it a lot. And im from way out of state, I live in Omaha, NE. Cal Poly has a very good architecture program so that is the main draw (other than the location).

And that list looks like it has several scholarships available but my question is how do I apply for them? It’s just a pdf.

You don’t need to apply other than to fill out the FAFSA when it’s available on or after January 1.
