<p>Now that the 2011 admissions season is kicking into high gear, please post the vibes you got from the campus tour. You can use the format below or make up one that you like.</p>

<p>ABC School:</p>

<p>Size - Large/Medium/Small - What do you like or not like about the size?
Location - Rural/Urban/Suburban - What do you like?
Tour Guide/Interviewer/People - Nice/Friendly/Preppy/Indifferent - Your feelings
Faculty Interactions, if any - Knowledgeable, Helpful, Friendly, Indifferent
Academics - Rigorous/Good/Can be better - What do you like, not like?
Arts - Excellent/Good/Can be better
Sports - Excellent/Good/Can be better
Clubs - Do they have the Clubs you are looking for (Math, Science, Debate, Model UN, etc.)
Dining Hall Food - Great, Good, Can be better
School Facilities - Clean, Well maintained, Can use some fixing
Saturday Classes - Yes/No/Sometimes, What are your feelings?
Availability of IB Program - Yes/No, Do you care?</p>

<p>Please add if I missed anything important. What makes you love this school or what is the deal breaker? My visits are scheduled in October/November, so I’ll be posting soon.</p>

<p>@Invent: IMO, you are asking for WAY too much detail…will be interesting to see if anyone bites…</p>

<p>But I said they can also use their own format. If I have to visit all the schools, I’ll miss a lot of school as we live far from many of the NE BS. So these details will really help me short list some schools hopefully.</p>

<p>Yes, but you are asking for subjective comments that A) could be inflammatory, B) could identify the poster if they are not circumspect. Better handled via PM, I think. Again, just the 2¢ of a parent of a child going through a similar process…</p>
