I have a 33 ACT, and a 4.51 WGPA. Writing is my strength-- which colleges DO have writing supplements along with the common app? I feel as though my writing would help me stand out in the admissions process.

If it is otherwise a good match for you, then Tufts has three essays (they used to have four) and puts a lot of weight on them.

Note that this article is about 10 years old so the admit rate has dropped from the 27 percent in the article to about 13% (about 11% for engineering)
Most elite colleges want to know more. Harvard gives you a choice of how to use additional space if you want it.
But count on most colleges having supplements. Colby does not.
