I’m a high school freshman, and my Division B team from last year’s coach retired. As of right now, it appears that I’ll be able to coach in an unofficial capacity with a teacher “coach” who will provide a room and a signature for registration. I know seventh and eighth graders and I have their respect due to 4 medals in states last year. Any tips or suggestions? Also, has anybody ever had an “alternate day” in which you train alternates for events?
